Submitting this form constitutes an application for membership in the European Endometriosis League.
The annual membership fee of €60 is charged at the time of application.
Membership becomes effective only after review and approval by the EEL Executive Board in accordance with the EEL Constitution.
If the application is not approved, the membership fee will be refunded in full.
