We are deeply saddened by the loss of Dr. David Redwine, a true pioneer in the field of endometriosis research and treatment. Dr. Redwine was a renowned endometriosis specialist who made integral contributions to the understanding and surgical treatment of endometriosis. He was also a vocal advocate for aggressive excision of endometriosis and abandonment of expensive medical treatment of symptoms. His theory of Mulleriosis put him squarely in the camp favoring a genetically-driven embryonic origin of endometriosis. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time.
Rest in peace, Dr. Redwine.

Thank you for all you’ve done to help me and my sisters 🎗️💛
Thank you for all you’ve done to help me and my sisters we will miss you
I had the honour and privilege to work and be trained by David on his visits in Italy. He has been a lighthouse for me to show me the right route to get safely in the harbour. All of the patients I have successfully treated after his teaching are indirectly in debt with him . Thanks for everything David
I never forget the time I spent with David in his Hospital in Bend (OR) at the beginning of 90’s. He was an excellent surgeon but, overall, an unforgettable friend
Ciao David!!!
I worked in the operating room as clerical support during the years that Dr. Redwine was doing his innovative surgery. He really was a brave pioneer and took so much rudicule from the medical community here in Bend Oregon. The women he operated on were definitely better off than before. I spoke with them myself. He made a difference and I think he was amazing. Rest in peace Dr. Redwine.
Dr. Redwine took care of me in 2001 after 2 other surgeries with other surgeons. The endometriosis never came back. It was life changing and I am forever grateful. He was such a blessing to womens healthcare.
